The aquavitro Surface Skimmer Intake Set is created with premium stainless steel to use on any freshwater filter intakes or other types of aquarium filters and pumps. Its ideal purpose is to pull organic matter build up as well as oils found on the surface of the water to maintain a clean and healthy aquarium environment. It allows you to alter the water flow so you may choose if the water pulls from the surface, under the surface or both. The small holes prevent small aquarium fish and inhabitants from getting sucked up while also maintaining a perfectly smooth water flow. Algae build up is not an issue as it is designed with super dark interior and the submerged portion is easily removable for maintenance. Available in 17 mm. Replacement parts (.28694)
